Refund Policy
1. General Provisions
This Refund Policy outlines the procedures and conditions for returning or exchanging products purchased through the Prysez LTD website. We want you to be completely satisfied with your Prysez S1 electric scooter.
2. Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the product without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire physical possession of the scooter.
3. Return conditions
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Prysez LTD, 34 Denholme Rd, Maida Hill, London W9 3HX, UK, [email protected]) of your decision by an unequivocal statement. The scooter must be returned unused, in its original packaging, and with all accessories included. We may deduct from the refund an amount for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the product.
4. Refund procedure
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 business days to the original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or not as described.
5. Faulty or damaged products
If the Prysez S1 arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing fault within the warranty period (12 months for the scooter, 6 months for the battery), please contact our support team immediately. We will arrange a repair, replacement, or full refund in accordance with UK consumer law.
