How long does the battery really last?
In real‑world conditions (mixed terrain, 70 kg rider, occasional inclines) you’ll get around 20–22 km. In eco mode on flat ground we’ve seen 26 km. Temperature and riding style affect range.
Is it legal to ride in the UK?
Currently, private electric scooters are legal only on private land with the landowner’s permission. Rental scooters in government trial areas are legal. We recommend checking the latest UK legislation. Our scooter meets all safety standards for private use.
What’s the warranty?
12 months on the scooter, 6 months on the battery. We cover manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover wear and tear (tyres, brake pads) or water damage from submersion.
Can I replace the battery myself?
Yes, the battery is removable with four screws. Replacement batteries are available on our website. We recommend using only official Prysez batteries to maintain safety and performance.
