Delivery Information

Last updated: 15 July 2026
No enquiry-stage delivery

Submitting the website form does not arrange dispatch or reserve stock.

Total cost first

The seller should confirm mandatory delivery costs before purchase.

Carrier rules apply

Lithium-battery products may require special transport arrangements.

Confirm delivery terms before paying

The final seller, destination, delivery charge and estimated timing must be clear before a customer becomes bound by a distance purchase.

1

No delivery is arranged by submitting an enquiry

The Prysez form is an availability enquiry. It does not create an order, accept payment, reserve stock or arrange delivery.

Delivery obligations arise only if a later purchase contract is formed with an identified seller.

2

Information to confirm before payment

Before agreeing to buy, obtain written confirmation of:

  • the seller’s full legal identity and contact details;
  • the exact product and quantity;
  • the total price, taxes and mandatory charges;
  • the delivery territory and delivery cost;
  • the expected dispatch and delivery period;
  • the cancellation, return and warranty terms;
  • the method by which the order becomes accepted.
3

Where delivery may be available

The website does not guarantee nationwide or international delivery. Available destinations must be confirmed by the actual seller before purchase.

Restrictions may apply to islands, remote areas, military addresses, forwarding services and destinations with lithium-battery transport restrictions.

4

Delivery charges

No statement on this website should be interpreted as guaranteed free delivery unless the final seller confirms it in writing.

The customer should receive the total mandatory delivery charge before becoming bound by a purchase.

5

Dispatch and delivery estimates

Any timing shown before a seller confirms the order is indicative only.

The seller should state whether a date is an estimate or a guaranteed commitment and explain what happens if supply is delayed.

Tracking information may be supplied after dispatch where the chosen carrier supports tracking.

6

Lithium-battery transport restrictions

Electric scooters contain rechargeable batteries and may be subject to carrier packaging, labelling and route restrictions.

  • Do not arrange an unauthorised return through an ordinary postal service.
  • Follow the carrier’s and seller’s battery-transport instructions.
  • Do not ship a visibly damaged, swollen, leaking or overheated battery without specialist advice.
7

Inspecting the delivery

On delivery, check the outer packaging and product promptly. Retain the packaging and delivery label until you are satisfied that the order is complete.

If the item is damaged, incorrect or incomplete, photograph the condition and contact the seller promptly. Do not charge a product that appears unsafe.

8

Delayed or missing deliveries

Contact the seller shown on the order confirmation if tracking does not update, the parcel is marked delivered but cannot be found, or a delivery is significantly late.

The seller remains responsible for the sales contract and should explain the available remedy under the contract and applicable consumer law.

9

Return address and collection

The registered office of RETAIL MARKETING GROUP LIMITED is not automatically a warehouse or returns centre.

Do not send a scooter, battery or charger to any address until the responsible seller has provided written return and carrier instructions.

See the Refund and Returns Policy for more information.
